Apprentice Teaching Assistant
TERM TIME ONLY – 30 hours per week
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Term Time only) 8:40am to 3:15pm
Grade Apprentice level 3 – (£16,830.00 per annum pro rata) - Actual Annual Salary £11,410 a year
Required from 23rd January 2025, or as soon as possible thereafter
We are looking to recruit an apprentice teaching assistant to support teachers in the classroom. During the apprenticeship you will work towards your L3 Teaching Assistant qualification, assisting in a range of classroom duties relevant to your studies and time will also be set aside time to complete your studies.

SEND Teaching Assistant
TERM TIME ONLY – 11 hours per week
Working Hours: 8:40 start - hours to be worked over 4 mornings (to include a Friday)
Grade 5 Scale Pts 11-14 depending on experience – (£27,269 - £28,624 per annum pro rata) - Actual Annual Salary £6,766 - £7,102

We are looking to recruit a teaching assistant to work with a child with an EHCP in Key Stage 2. Knowledge or experience of supporting children with sensory needs, using emotion coaching approaches and adapting the curriculum would be advantageous. The successful applicant will work towards the outcomes set out in the EHCP, by supporting the pupil individually.

We are looking for a friendly, fun, reliable person who appreciates the value of great play and enjoys working outside. Key tasks include working within a high-quality outdoor environment to offer active, social and creative play opportunities for all Blue Coat children at lunch time, plus working with our catering team to ensure that everyone gets their lunch on time.
