SEND Teaching Assistant

TERM TIME ONLY – 11 hours per week

Working Hours: 8:40 start - hours to be worked over 4 mornings (to include a Friday)

Grade 5 Scale Pts 11-14 depending on experience – (£27,269 - £28,624 per annum pro rata) - Actual Annual Salary £6,766 - £7,102

Required from 6^th January 2025, or as soon as possible thereafter

We are looking to recruit a teaching assistant to work with a child with an EHCP in Key Stage 2.  Knowledge or experience of supporting children with sensory needs, using emotion coaching approaches and adapting the curriculum would be advantageous. The successful applicant will work towards the outcomes set out in the EHCP, by supporting the pupil individually.
