Grade 3 - SCP 4-6 (£24,404- £25,183 pro rata)

Actual salary f.t.e. 0.3691 (£9,007 - £9,295)

Blue Coat are looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant to our fantastic team.  Our Teaching Assistants work hard to enhance and develop learning opportunities for pupils.  Teaching Assistants support teachers in all aspects of teaching and learning whilst: 

• Fostering the participation of pupils in the social and academic processes of the school
• Working to enable pupils to become independent learners
• Helping to raise standards of achievement for all pupils
• Helping our pupils to become ‘future-ready’

We offer a supportive staff team who are friendly and always on hand to offer advice.  We also have wonderful children who make every day in work fun, rewarding and filled with laughter.
